Frequently Asked Questions

What is your coaching philosophy and gym culture?

▼

We are proudly not a "win at all costs" gym. We believe each athlete's individual goals lead the way, and we understand that not every student wants to reach elite competitive levels—and that is wonderful! Our mission is to provide an encouraging environment teaching strong fundamentals, deep body awareness, and how to fall properly. We want kids who are confident, hardworking, and never afraid to fail, because failure is how we learn. Whether they stay with us for life or use our gym as a foundation for cheer, soccer, volleyball, basketball, football, wrestling, or track, we love seeing our students grow into successful adults.

What is the first day of class like for a new student?

▼

Walking into a new gym can feel a little intimidating, so we make sure the first day is welcoming, low-stress, and fun. Coaches greet your child warmly, introduce them to their group, and guide them step-by-step through each activity. With our small class sizes, coaches give personal attention right away so new athletes feel comfortable, learn gym safety rules, and make friends quickly.

What are your class ratios and how are stations set up?

▼

Our student-to-coach ratio is strictly kept to 8 students to 1 coach or less to ensure high repetitions, personal attention, and maximum safety. During classes, we utilize up to 4 different zones in the gym to keep energy high and prevent waiting in lines. Furthermore, our class circuits remain basically the same for two weeks, and then rotate. This allows kids to build muscle memory and familiarity without the classes ever feeling old or stale.

Why do you teach safe falling in every single class?

▼

At the absolute core of our curriculum across every program (from Honey Time toddlers to advanced team gymnasts) is teaching students how to fall safely. Learning proper falling mechanics, tucking the chin, and dissipating impact is a foundational lifetime skill. It protects athletes during sports and active play, but is just as valuable for everyday life—protecting them from a sudden trip or slip in the living room or playground.

What is the difference between Gymnastics, Tumbling, and Ninja?

▼

Gymnastics: Trains across all four Olympic events (vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor exercise) building full-body grace, strength, and flexibility.

Tumbling: Focuses strictly on floor-based acrobatic tumbling (rolls, cartwheels, back handsprings, tucks, layouts) designed primarily for cheerleaders, dancers, and trampoline enthusiasts.

Ninja: Fast-paced obstacle training focusing on agility, grip strength, balance, parkour moves, air pit landings, and scaling the warped wall.

Do you offer short-term options, clinics, or private lessons?

▼

Yes! Throughout the year we host weekend pop-up classes, seasonal camps, and specialized clinics (such as Back Handspring intensives, twisting clinics, and bar giant clinics) for athletes who cannot commit to weekly classes or want targeted skill breakthroughs. We also offer private 1-on-1 coaching and professional routine choreography for gymnastics and cheer routines.

How does billing, tuition, and enrollment work?

▼

Classes run year-round, and once enrolled your child attends the same day and time each week. We operate on an auto-enroll and auto-withdrawal system where tuition is charged on the 1st of every month. Be sure to check the recurring billing box in the portal to avoid past-due balances.

• Annual Registration Fee: $35 per student, charged once a year upon initial sign-up.
• Immediate Prorated Start: You can start anytime! If you join mid-month, tuition automatically prorates for remaining classes.
• Dropping a Class: To discontinue, simply submit a Drop Request inside the iClassPro portal so you aren't charged for the next month.

How do Birthday Parties and private facility rentals work?

▼

We offer 100% private 2-hour gym birthday parties!
• Single Side (Rec/Ninja or Team): $350 for up to 15 kids ($15 per additional child, 20 kid maximum).
• Both Sides of Gym: $600 for full facility access.
• Included: Full private gym access, bounce house (if desired), 30 minutes setup time before the party, and a coach to supervise and lead games.
• Food & Waivers: You bring cake, food, and drinks. Payment is due prior to start via cash or Venmo. Important: Every attendee (including adults entering the gym floor) must have a signed online waiver via our iClassPro portal.
